Great product. I especially like the White Peach flavor but all of them are good. At first it feels like salty water for a second but then you feel the taste and really good hydration help.

The best of all. You get different flavors so you don’t get sick of the same thing. It doesn’t upset your stomach. I can’t say I have more energy but it quenches my thirst. It’s a little expensive but it’s worth every penny. It is sugar free and there is no aftertaste.

Liquid IV is great. The flavors taste better than any other similar product. I was told to use these by my doctor. I drink more water when I have a flavor in it and these are so good. The option of sugar free is fantastic and the flavors aren’t compromised. I really like how this product doesn’t have extra ingredients and I trust them. I really need the extra electrolytes and these deliver. Usually I empty a packet into my water and stir with a straw. The fastest method is pouring a packet into a water bottle and shaking it; that also gets the best mix possible. Overall I like Liquid IV and will keep buying them.

Awesome flavors. Works well to replace fluids but be careful trying to drink them everyday. 500 mg sodium. A little pricey as well.

This product has been amazing while breastfeeding! I’ve noticed an increase in my supply by drinking one packet a day! All of the flavors are so good too, highly recommend! I also LOVE the fact it’s sugar free :)

I hadn’t wanted to try liquid IV because of the price but then after hearing such amazing reviews of it from my friends and family, I decided to try it. I must say that I am now a liquid IV fan. I purchased this variety pack so that I could try several of the flavors and I love them all especially the sherbet flavor. I like how it dissolves very quickly and it doesn’t taste chalky like the inexpensive brands I had been using. It doesn’t taste like salt instead it has a pure clean taste and texture. Not only that it blends perfectly into smoothies and other beverages. I’m definitely a liquid IV fan now!

works well. I only use 1/2 a packet in 16oz of water because it is too strong of a taste for me.

These taste great. They help support workout recovery. Convenient for plane travel and outdoor adventures.
