These were on my son’s list when he wrote home during Navy boot camp. He was worn out at the end of each day and water itself wasn’t helping. Adding one of these packets to his canteen gave him energy, made him feel hydrated and the flavors were good too. Sugar free was a must and was still effective. Great item and great price.

I bought these to up my electrolyte intake in preparation for an upcoming surgical procedure. As someone who drinks primarily water as their beverage of choice, I was very hesitant about flavored drinks as the flavors tend to be far too sweet and upset my stomach. I chose this sugar free variety pack (white peach, lemon lime, raspberry melon, green grape) because the flavors seemed more mild than the traditional flavors. I’ve been pleasantly surprised with them and find all of the flavors very drinkable. The instructions say to mix with 16oz of water, however I find that to be far to concentrated of a flavor for me personally, I prefer to mix mine in a 40oz Stanley for a much lighter flavor profile (I’m aware that this dilutes the electrolyte properties as well). Because of this I can’t say much about the solubility/clumping if following the directions, but in my situation I’ve had zero issues with sediment in my drinks.

I started using Liquid I.V. on busy days and after being out in the heat, and I've noticed it helps me feel hydrated much faster than drinking plain water alone. The individual packets are super convenient to toss in my bag, and they dissolve easily without leaving clumps. The flavor is a little sweeter than I expected, but it's refreshing over ice. If you're someone who struggles to drink enough water or needs an electrolyte boost after workouts or long days outside, this is definitely worth trying. I'll be keeping these stocked at home.

I really like these Liquid I.V. sugar-free packets. They taste good, mix easily with water, and I like that there’s no extra sugar. I definitely feel more hydrated after drinking one, especially after exercising or on a hot day. The variety pack is nice because I can switch up the flavors. They are a little pricey for only 16 packets, which is why I gave them four stars, but overall I’m really happy with them and would buy them again.

great for people who work outside in the summer heat. It doesn’t taste that great but it’s better than being dehydrated.

This is a must have!

Love theses. Easy to take with on the go, just pour your favorite flavor in your water. I think they are expensive but if you need to rehydrate quickly theses do the job. They dissolved fast when added to water. My doctor said I needed more electrolytes and theses worked for me.
