OMG! I was having a melt down! While I took the top part off to clean the filter piece broke off! I tried searching online for a replacement with no luck. I was so close to giving up and having to throw the whole water fountain away. It's only been 2 months since I've bought this fountain for my two kitties. Thank god, there was a email listed on there for me to contact customer service. I emailed and spoke to "Joanna" from the FeelNeedy Customer Service Team. She was so kind and helpful and sent me a whole new cat water fountain. She gave excellent customer service and responded to me within 24 hours for all my questions and concerns. I even receive the replacement product the next day after giving her my mailing address. I'm forever grateful and recommend this product for everyone who has a pet. Not only, does my kitties love this water fountain but their customer service is top notch! I also, found that this water fountain can be easily cleaned, holds a lot of water (5/6 water bottles), perfect because it's stainless steel and has no water stains, and easy to assemble. Best part about it is that it's sensor mode and perfect for those who hates hearing running water like me. Battery lasts long and easy charge up. Our cats have always been good water drinkers, but they would paw at their bowls to make the water move. We wanted to give them a larger, cleaner source of flowing water to encourage that instinct in a safer way. This fountain did exactly that from day one. The stainless steel build is solid, the pump is quiet, and the design is easy to take apart and clean. With regular maintenance and using RO water, our first unit has been running for over a year with zero issues—no mineral buildup, no odors, and no drop in performance. That reliability is what convinced us to buy three more over the following year. Across all four units, the quality has been consistent. The filters are simple to swap out and keep the water clear, especially with multiple cats using them throughout the day. My parents also own one of FeelNeedy’s other models, and their customer service has been excellent. We were hoping to find a way to get our 10 year old male cat to drink more water. He's a stealth drinker so there was no way to monitor and we were putting extra water into his food every day. I finally decided to try this cat foutain. Wanted it to be fully wireless with an exterior battery and stainless so it wouldn't get slimy. This fit the requirements perfectly! It took him about a week to get comfortable with it--he's a bit skittish of new things and would run when it came on at first. We made a game out of getting him used to it because he always enjoyed drinking from the sink faucet and finally one day I caught him tanking up! I love that I can monitor the water level to know that he's actually using it. The water stays very clean and the water flow it perfect and it's a great size. Love that it has 2 options for water flow too. I clean it thoroughly once a week and it's is so easy to do. I used to have to clean his regular water bowl daily anyway so it's no big deal. Only takes about 10 mins to take it apart, clean it well and get it back into place. It's absolutely silent which is great for us since it's in the bathroom off our bedroom and it doesn't startle our skittsh boy when he walks near it. There is some plastic in the unit but cleaning it once a week it doesn't get too much of a slimy film at all, though if I could find one thing I would change, it would be to make the inner plastic piece stainless as well. The price compared to others is also great! Highly recommend it!!

I like that the battery is separate from the pump and can easily be charged while leaving the fountain intact. The downside is that I have a couple of cats that wrestle with the spout and often pull it off of the base. Then they can separate the drinking plate from the base and make a mess with the water. I wish the separate battery could be incorporated with the bubbler-type of fountain which would be ideal! Aside from this, having a water fountain versus a water bowl has proven to be very successful in keeping my pets hydrated. The water is always fresh & clean (no slimy film) and the movement of the water attracts them!

My cats love this water fountain, and the humans in the house do too! Our cats were always jumping on the sink and wanting to drink water from the faucet stream requiring us to wait until the cat quenched its thirst. With more than one cat, who has time to do that so often a family member would open faucet, walk away and forget to come back to turn it off! We bought our first one and some of our cats were hesitant to use it but I trained the cats to drink out of it by placing the fountain in the sink. Now I can place anywhere in the house and the cats go to drink from the fountain often during the day. The 3.5L is more than sufficient for even 4 cats with the water reservoir lasting for several days. Plus, you really do want to change and clean the water bowl often anyways. I have already purchased two and do prefer the one that is stainless steel all around. It looks sleek and is very quiet. The battery life is a couple of weeks, so you don't have to be recharging often. The only problem I had was that the pump went out on one of the fountains but I contacted customer service and got excellent support from Joanna. She answered my emails promptly and at first offered some advice to thoroughly clean the pump and components, to try to reset the battery, etc. She asked me to follow up and when I told her I tried all her recommendation with no avail, she wrote back saying FeelNeedy would send me a new fountain! I have been recommending this fountain to all of my friends and neighbors.

I have had 4 different cat fountains over the past 6 years and this one so far is the best. It is easily to clean and assemble. Since the motor is outside, it is one less thing to clean and disassemble. Super quiet and the motion sensor works and is an added option.

Really good water filter! Our cats actually drink a lot more water now with this filter. No complaints about the function. Easy to assemble.

Me encantó!! Llegó muy rápido... Muy sencillo de armar, las instrucciones muy claras, venía con algo de carga y lo pude probar enseguida para verificar su funcionamiento... Ya encendido es muy sencillo de operar, SUPER SILENCIOSO lo cual es maravilloso! Pensé que al ser una fuente con un chorro de agua callendo haría ruido, pero no, no hay ruido ni del agua ni de la bomba... Mis dos gatos lo comenzaron a utilizar enseguida...también a ellos les encantó!!... lo puse en modo automático y en cuanto el sensor los detecta se activa el chorro de agua... Es el primer día de uso, pero por el momento todo dunciona según la descripción del producto... También luce igual que en la foto... Lo recomiendo al 100%

Fontanella fantastica. E' silenziosissima ed è stata subito gradita dai miei gatti, anche il più difficile, che ora vedo bere più spesso. Facilissima da montare grazie alle istruzioni scritte in italiano (un'altra, che poi ho reso, era solo in inglese), si pulisce facilmente e la metti dappertutto grazie alla mancanza di cavo elettrico. La modalità con sensore è poi utilissima. Consegna velocissima e imballaggio ben curato. Ho speso un po' di più della precedente, ma ne è valsa la pena. La consiglio vivamente.
