I LOVE this topper. Great value for the money, and exactly what I was looking for!

I got rid of my bed and got a couch bed so that I can sit up and be comfortable while gaming and watching tv in my room but the metal inbetween the cushions hurt to lay on so I got the 4 inch thick Viscosoft topper for it and it worked decently at first but after about a week i could feel the metal underneath and would wake up barely able to bend over at all because my back felt kinked. This thing is so big and heavy after its opened that it seems like it would be a major hassle to return so I ended up keeping it sadly... also the couch bed is a rough textured material and this thing still constantly needs to be pulled back into place and re adjusted. Since then ive seen a few things that i could of got that probably would of been alot better for half the price. Ive had it for a few months now and its almost paid off... cant wait to be able to try somthing else.

I bought 2. 3 inch and 4 inch full size. Relatively firm mattress top. Very comfortable!!

I bought a 4” Full. Giving a 4 star because it does the job, but i may have to return it. I am in my 50’s and i was looking for a top that reduces pressure points and doesn’t get hot. I am a side sleeper and after 50 began to wake at night with pain on my hips and thighs. It took me a week to get used to the feeling of sinking and how hard it is to change positions. Like advertised, this top really reduces pressure points and sleeps cool. But after 2 weeks I began to wake with shoulder and neck pain. The same sinking that helped my hips, now it bothers my shoulders. I have been trying to change the way I position my shoulders and the type of pillow, but it doesn’t improve. I may have to return it and get a 2” instead, or a top that syncs less.

Im giving this a 4 because seller provided the fastest and best customer service I ever experienced on Amazon- that’s huge considering I buy everyday from Amazon. The topper is quality but it must have been tampered with during transit, so I could not give as gift. But I will be purchasing this again for my mom as soon as she gets out of hospital. Great for recovering from knee surgery, and was highly recommended by her Doc to get this very item, to take pressure off the surgery sight (as you move in your sleep)- it really does help - no doubt about it. None of these toppers provide total coolness- but this one is as good as it gets and I have had many over the years.
