I dehydrate easily so when I was told by my doctor I had to consume very little sugar - my go to electrolyte packets were no longer an option. I have tried quite a few brands and I was getting discouraged because they were gross! The flavors of the Ozenke packets are good and not too salty or too chemically tasting. These mix easily in a bottle of water or a glass.

I mix one stick of these in a 40 oz water bottle with around 30 oz of water and the flavor is great. These are the best sugar free electrolytes that I found and I've tried a couple of different brands. I'll continue to reorder these.

Ozenke is one of the best electrolytes on the market. My daughters and I drink one every morning and I like because it is not sweet like many others and the flavors are fairly enjoyable. It is both physically and cost effective. I have hyperhidrosis and this is a great help.

The flavor is slightly more intense than the dralot brand (that is unavailable). And it’s a little more salty which is ok since my job is more stressful and physical. And sometimes I mix the packets with regular Gatorade to make it more sweeter

I like these electrolyte powder packets in assorted flavours well enough. They're convenient, taste fairly good (with the possible exception of passion fruit), and the product works well for my hydration needs. I couldn't afford a higher priced, better known brand sold at Costco, so I began buying the more affordable Ozenke brand powder through Amazon. I haven't found it in stores. I deducted one star because my last shipment of Ozenke was disappointing. The individual packets seemed to have undergone a reduction in size and volume, by a quarter to one-third. Of course, the PRICE was the same as it was with the previous, larger-sized packets. I suppose I would recommend Ozenke to folk who need or want to drink sugar-free electrolyte-laced water but can't afford other over-priced brands.

My son enjoys this electrolyte powder. He works outside in Florida and it helps a lot.
