Every single morning!!! Excellent product!
Ive taken this 1st thing every am with a large glass of water for 2 yrs now. L -Glutamine has so many benefits. Super for gut health, even leaky gut. Which thankfully I don't have. But its great for immunity, muscle recovery, brain health acting as a neurotransmitter, and more . The strength of 6 grams is amazing. I am so sold on this product as one of my always do. It comes with a small scoop. You can mix it in a smaller amount of water, or I just drop the scoop in dry and swallow a few sips after drinking my large glass. I feel balanced energy and ready for the day. Do take on empty stomach!! Highly recommend!

Soothes the gut
A friend of my stomach This was recommended to me by a health practitioner. I think it soothes the gut. Take a scoop with about 8 oz of warm water first thing in the morning. Afterwards, enjoy your coffee. Yes, I bought it again.

This is an excellent product.I use it in place of Apex Energetics repairvite. Very similar product at a much better price. It's a must have if you have hashimotos thyroiditis or other autoimmune issues. I have bought this several times and do recommend to anyone who has any type of gut issue. When I first started using this type of product, I took it three times a day, and after I got my health in check, I would take it once a day.
