Works for me with energy levels and also sleep, although only done a month now so would probably better measure it further down the line. The taste is fine, its a bit like blackcurrant squash, mix it well though.

I really like this new Kollo Meno Support - the taste is great, the sachets are very handy, and most importantly it seems to be helping with my cloudy brain and peri-menopaual stuff. I feel much brighter and am now subscribing

It might work if it wasn’t for awful taste. I find it too sweet and strong blackcurrant flavour, did try mix with water to weaken the taste but still taste not nice. It is ok for someone who likes blackcurrant. Not for me unfortunately

Too early to feel any improvement but taste good and it's easy to take.

I've now taken all this pack and I love the flavour of it very much. Like a thick blackcurrant drink. I take them straight from the sachets. Very easy to take, lovely flavour and I really do believe they have been doing me some good. I know they are expensive but I think they are worth it.

I don’t usually trust supplements like this, but I decided to give it a go since it’s made in the UK. The ingredients seem well thought out, and it’s easy to take. Time will tell how effective it is, but so far, it seems promising. Tastes nice, like blackcurrant squash. The sachet is a thick liquid, so sinks to the bottom of the glass, but mixed really easily.

Happy to find a product that's got many of the ingredients my GP would recommend for menopausal symptoms. Very enjoyable to drink straight from the sachet and noticing a huge reduction in my hot flushes. Will continue to take. Thank you
