Great on floors, not on walls
Really excellent for floor grout sealing. On walls it is far too runny and doesn't really absorb well. Just runs straight to the bottom and makes a mess. I was trying to use it on a shower tile application and ended up switching to a spray product instead for the walls.

Wait and see
This item was a great price and easy to use. Iโm curious to see how well it will hold up. I was tired of seeing my grout look so dingy so I deep cleaned it and applied a few coats of this sealer. Iโll update it in a few months.
