Grape Pomegranate

Excellent. Great flavor and provides the energy I need for my long runs.

I have tried all of their flavors and this is my favorite. Refreshing and not too sweet. My stomach is happy too. I enjoy refueling with these mid run with no issues

Worked great!! I dont understand other reviews that say this is too expensive. It is $35 for a 24 pack!!! Comes out to $1.46 per pack that is so cheap! Cheaper than getting a solo pack. Love the flavor. Has the consistency of syrup and goes down very easy. The Gu brand is too thick and fudgy and makes me choke I can't breathe when it gets all over my throat! By this is easy to swallow and has a great taste. Always sits well in my stomach and I find I don't need too many when I use these.

I usually run multiple races each year and actually discovered boom! during one of those. The pomegranate/grape has been my favorite flavor so far! It's perfect when I'm training and need a pick me up or mid race when I need some fuel to keep going. I prefer the consistency to other gels that I've tried and the flavor is great.

I normally love this gel but the entire box showed up slightly damaged and when I opened it all of the gels were stuck together as if the gels were leaking. I could not pull them apart and certainly don’t want to run with these getting my hands stickier than most. I will go to a local store to buy these instead of ordering again. Had to throw them all away.
