I love the fact that they are free of that sodium packet, they do not get mushy, have a great flavor of their own, and work well will main dishes or quick soups. Really good stuff. I will be ordering again soon.

These are great noodles to give body to a quick bowl of soup. No flavoring allows me to choose my beef, chicken or veggie broth.

These are convenient if you just need the noodles as there is no soup base. I like that they’re not fried and you get a decent serving of noodles. The issue is that they're a little mealy when cooked. The flour from the noodles actually comes off in the cooking water as well. Still a good alternative or can mix with the less healthy versions to make a lower sodium and fat option.

While it seems weird to write a review about plain ramen noodles, it is one of my favorite things to make, and the noodles that go into ramen are important. So, here goes. I make homemade ramen, and it's freaking delicious, but finding noodles that aren't loaded with salt is not easy. And if they are loaded with salt, then the way the various sauces are mixed is restricted so it doesn't take like spicy salt and nothing else. The few that I can find don't have a good texture, which also ruins the experience. I have a bin of rejects in my pantry. This is the one. The one. They cook fast, keep their curls, keep their bite, and are as easy to use as any ramen noodle ever was. They absolutely absorb whatever flavor you're going for and give it right back to you in every bite. They are pricier than buying a bunch of cheap ramen in bulk and just tossing the packets and keeping the noodles, but the difference is night and day. They are not super expensive and are worth it. Nutrition-wise, they aren't super fortified or anything like that, but they do have 7 grams of protein. Bottom line: If you make ramen at home, with your own sauces and broths and veggies and meats or whatever else, a good, low sodium noodle is key to full flavor and this is the one.

This Ramen is so delicious! I don't only use it in noodle soups although it's delicious that way. I also make all sorts of different things with it. Essentially if the recipe calls for a noodle, this one's it! It's healthy, good on your stomach, and keeps you full. It's just the right portion and for the right amount of calories.

Quite liked and not so salty. Watch they can over cook fast but still enjoyable. As well each in its own wrap .

These are great! I wish I had known about these sooner. I like to add my own flavors, especially chili miso oil and some bouillon flavoring. Add some veggies and an egg or meat... So good! The noodles taste fresh and have the perfect chewy texture and flavor. The serving size per package of noodles is satisfying. So delicious and healthier than other ramen noodles. I will be buying these often! Very good product!
