Works well
So far, so good. I seem to fall asleep sooner and stay asleep longer most of the time.

No Positive Results
A friend who uses Nightcap, and loves them, highly recommended these to me. As someone who has trouble falling asleep, I was hoping these would help. They don’t. I felt absolutely nothing and they did not help me relax or fall asleep easily. Aside from that, regarding taste, these do have a strange aftertaste but are palatable.

Nightcap mushroom chocolates do not deliver!
This product did not deliver on anything. It was recommended by a Doctor I have seen on ABC News so I thought I would try it. Zero effect and it's quite expensive. Do not buy!!!

Doesn’t help me sleep
I’ve tried this several nights now and I only sleep two or three hours. I don’t think it works as well as other medications or gummies that I have used.

I like to have a few squares for dessert late at night. I’m not sure I get a high from it but maybe I need to have more squares?!

Save your money!
I really wanted these to help me sleep, but they tasted terrible, and it did not help at all. I started with one square and increased it to two squares, and I saw NO improvement in my sleep.
