De suite les invités voient la beauté des couverts et vous le font remarqué.resiste parfaitemt au lave vaiselle.ils sont un peu cher mais franchement sautez le pas.

WMF bad costumer service
The cutlery itself is beautiful, but if you receive something is damaged, you don’t get any help. I received 2 forks with deep scratches, but WMF first tells me I need a german address to receive replacements (wth?) and then they tell me that I bought it at Amazon zo Amazon should help me. But Amazon sends me to WMF. So WMF has trash customer service and does not care about the quality of the products they send you. At the very least, they could just send 2 replacement forks. That is what a good company would have done, that cares about the quality of their products and about their customers.

Schönes Besteck mit leichten Mängeln
Zunächst vorneweg: das Besteck ist sicherlich im Originalpreis von WMF viel zu teuer! Hier gab es einen Preis, der das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis perfekt gemacht hat. Das Besteck ist formschön, aber leider nicht ganz so spülmaschinenfest wie "protect" verspricht. Es gibt auch hier oft Flecken, die meist beim Nachpolieren weggehen. Bis jetzt sind Kratzer oder ein Verschwinden der Mattierung nicht zu entdecken, die Messer sind scharf, das Besteck fasst sich gut an. Insgesamt kann das Besteck weiterempfohlen werden, wenn man es zu einem angemessenen Preis angeboten bekommt.
