Works great for mixing homemade hair conditioner and body lotions
I’ve been using this immersion blender to mix homemade hair conditioner and body lotion. First, I heat the water and oil phases separately. Then, I comb them together and use the blender to mix everything thoroughly. It’s been a great tool for this specific task, and I haven’t used it for anything else yet. The blades are very sharp and powerful, and the sound level is quite low when it’s running. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this immersion blender.

Heavy duty, long lasting, very easy to use and clean compared to a blender.
Use this blender every morning for breakfast, much easier to clean versus the blender. Also use to make purées in a pot, instead of transferring the contents of the pot to a blender. Works great, well made, very good price. I did sharper the blades recently.

Need a slow speed button.
Used this for the first time the other day and it was an experience. I was not expecting so much power for an immersion blender so it was a little hard for me to control. There is no slow speed, in fact there is a turbo mode. It’s also quite large.

This wand blender is poorly designed and breaks quickly! Don't buy!
BUYER BEWARE! Do NOT buy this blender. CHEAP plastic connectors between motor and wand stripped with only occasional use (never with ice!) This was the replacement unit. The FIRST unit I had, blender blade also stripped and stopped spinning. Company sent replacement (refurbished). The first unit lasted 4 months! The replacement lasted 1 year before the plastic connectors stripped and stopped spinning the blade. This blender is JUNK! Don't buy it if you can avoid it! You have been warned.
