Highly recommend! We make our own tea blends and I love this company so much. Oat straw is very nourishing. It’s a big bag so it’ll last a while! This is our second time getting it. The flavor is very subtle so it’s easy to add to any tea blend! Definitely worth having.

Fresh, clean scent, makes a wonderful infusion to enjoy all day. Package holds a jinormous amount of product, will certainly last me a while. The infusion is made by adding 5-6 grams with boiling water in a quart Mason jar, 2 leaves of dried stevia, sit on counter overnight, and enjoy a refreshing beverage next day!

I use Red Raspberry Leaf, Stinging Nettle, and Oat Straw Green Tops to make “calcium tea” rather than take calcium pills. Mix the three in equal parts, put 1 cup of the mixture in a half gallon glass jar, and pour boiling water to the top. Stir occasionally and let sit overnight. In the morning strain the tea and add cold water to make 1 gallon. Drink 4 8-oz glasses a day for 1600 mg of absorbable (very important!) calcium. Very refreshing and excellent for bone health.

The flavor of this tea is bright, light and delicately oaty. I recently bought the oatstraw from another company, which steams its Oatstraw, and it tasted dull, lifeless and twiglike. I'm glad to have found this brand, which tastes like the original Oatstraw I'd first tasted. Just lovely!
