Hii dear Amazon , I was facing too many problem on return this lapto. I placed a return request on 14 march 2025 since then courier service make a missed call but did not came to pick up this laptop The laptop problem is battery issues and very poor built quality. Also I tried to to contact Amazon customer care it's showing unavailable. Please do need full to take your item back and refund my money thank you.

Machine is good but the body is very poor quality. To say anything about speed I feel to early. Currently it is new and in early days everything performance is good

Good for the Price but body is not strong. Must be carefull for handeling. 2 pin plug is not suitable for UAE & is not mentioned on the pproduct description.

Acquired to have a PC at home capable to be carried. Construction material feel like cheap plastic. Performance is good, but feels sluggish compared to my office ThinkPad with Intel i5-1335U and 16 RAM, but acceptable considering price.
