These are great and are my favorite prenatal vitamins. I only once in a while have burps that taste fishy, but it if I take them before bed then there is no issues

My #1 choice! Let me let you in on a secret — I cannot take pills (hold the laughter) but with my silly tricks of sneaking pills into my food these are easy to take. No bad aftertaste. Everything I want in a prenatal. So happy with these!

At first I loveddd the mint and then it started to burn and feel like it gave me acid reflux? So I’m switching to the citrus! Other than that, no complaints lol

I've been taking these for 2 months now and it seems to work well and I'm having a healthy pregnancy. It does cause me to have fishy burps so I take it before sleeping to avoid it. I recommend the mint flavor over the lemon. The lemon smells like a cleaning product. My only complaint on the second fill was that a couple of pills are dark brown inside instead of the usual gold. I'm assuming they're old and bad.

Don’t waste your time. I’ve tried MANY prenatals and this doesn’t even TOUCH the requirements needed for pregnancy let alone if you do need help replenishing after birth as doctors recommend you stay on the prenatal for a year afterwards. I’d recommend New chapter complete postnatal or their complete prenatal. Also, the mint essence is horrid. Feels like icy hot in your throat for 30 minutes after taking it and the fishy burps after is also horrible. You’re better off taking Dr Tobias triple strength fish oil because the way they encapsulate it you never get the fishy burps and it actually meets requirements. Idk how companies get off selling this stuff knowing it doesn’t meet what our bodies actually needs AND the babies. The amounts of each vitamin isn’t even enough let alone after it competes for absorption when mixed with everything else in it. Waste of money and I’d ask for a refund if I could.

These vitamins are great, only negative thing I have to say about them is the fishy burps after taking them! So gross, but thats also with other prenatals from what ive read. Wouldn’t recommend the mint flavor, the citrus is much better.

I took this prenatal for 7 months straight - only 2 out of those 7 months was I taking this during early pregnancy. I always took it in the morning with breakfast and it worked well for me, I really loved the minty flavor. However… I took this prenatal in the evening TWICE due to my gag reflux and both mornings after taking it, I have absolutely terrible morning sickness and felt awful. I wasn’t sure if this was the culprit but I didn’t take it for two days afterwards and I felt completely fine. Apparently this is very high in iron which can trigger morning sickness on an empty stomach. I really did love ritual and the mint flavor however I have to switch to something a bit easier at least for my first trimester and then switch back to this once I think my body can handle it. If anyone went through this or is going through this, know you’re not the only one. Still giving this a five star but will be taking a break from it so I can get some relief!

I love these prenatals. They do not upset my stomach, and I love being able to have this on auto-delivery. While TTC it is nice to not have to worry about or think about running out. I was recently notified though that my auto delivery was going up $11.60/month. I am very surprised with this steep price increase. I'm not a Costco member but I am seeing that Costco has a 2 pack for far less than I was paying before this increase. It may be time to purchase this somewhere else. I don't know if it is Ritual or Amazon who controls the pricing, but I find this so disappointing.
