Is the product helpful for shoulder and back warts?

Not. are about warts, but certainly good for any wound that is infected or very nasty, it will sting a bit and it will draw but thats taking any infection out. Use it a lot as I have places that come up on my legs and it helps them heal

Can I use this on my knee or does it have to be foot?

You can most certainly use it on a wound on your knee.

can you use it for swimming?

No, they're rubbish for swimming. I use armbands instead.
