Great price and product. These have really helped me rebalance some gut issues. No weird side affects, but can definitely tell these are working after taking for a couple days after not taking them. No bad gas pain or anything, but can feel that soft grumbling for a day or two and then it balances out.I’ve used these to help rebalance after what I think was a virus or parasite and had some lasting gut issues where I didn’t seem to be breaking down food properly.

I take 2 of these at night right before I go to bed and it helps me fall right asleep! The drowsiness factor is why I take these at night instead of in the morning as recommended. And though it says to take on an empty stomach, I rarely do that, but these still work pretty well and like clockwork I have a healthy bowel movement every morning right when I wake up. It has a kind of sweet taste which is pleasant but doesn't really smell like anything. I have noticed though that I'm kind of cranky/mean after taking these, at least for the first couple days, so the claims that these affect mood are accurate. As for the weight loss claims, I haven't personally noticed any difference and I've been taking these for the past 5-6 months consistently. The selling point for these imo was definitely the price you pay for the quantity as well as the quality. So that said, I'll be purchasing this product for the foreseeable future!

Your GUT is worth it. I used it every OTHER day. Everyday caused .... problems!

Has a small effect in helping with constipation. I'm 78 and have tried psyllium (worked for years, but too much gas last few years). Other things give too much gas too. Prunes, 3 after dinner, help. I use this to add to my yogurt mix. I make my own yogurt.

This is one of my favorite probiotic strains to make yoghurt with. Such a super food and always makes my gut happy. Make sure to pair it with inulin a prebiotic to feed the probiotic.
