The sugar content is good, it dissolves very fast and its hydrating. The important one is flavor, does it taste good? It's ok, not horrible but it'll make you feel good thats all that matters. It Electrolytes and it does it job. Price wasnt too bad but there are better priced out there. I do like the brand though, they have good quality products that makes me wanna everything they offer. I wish it wasnt a spoon to measure, i wish it was a bendable spoon or something.

For the amount you get, this is the most BANG FOR YOUR BUCK! The quality is great, solid, does the job and provides a great pump. The powder dissolves and mixes easy, no issues with texture. Flavor is great, nice fruit punch kick with no intense stevia interference. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND FOR GYM GOERS

Great taste and easy to prepare. I had to change my hydration solution because my doctor said it had too much sodium. I researched several hydration solutions and this appealed to me because of the cost and not much sodium. The fruit punch has a very good taste, and the taste does not get lost when I add other things to it. And the cost is very reasonable. It has not been hot enough outside yet to see how it works on high-sweat days, but it works well for indoor workouts and pickleball. I drink some each morning to help start my day and it has been a blessing so far.

Perfect great taste and you get 120 servings way better economically than the individual drinks packets. Looking forward to trying other flavors.

Most electrolyte powders I've tried do not taste good. Only reviewing the fruit punch flavor here. Will update for others as I try them. It dissolves effectively (either with a frother or just stirring with a utensil), and it's not a bad taste at all. It doesn't feel artificial, not too sweet, and doesn't have the vitamin/mineral taste some do. I also do feel that it is effective in terms of hydration and absorption. I'm a fan of other Nutricost products, and this one not only did not disappoint, but exceeded expectations.

I have no way to test this or no way to know exactly what’s in it but I believe it’s a great product. Mix is easy and taste is good, I’m 66 and I work out somewhatregularly and well I’m using this product. I have not experienced any crazy cramps so I believe it’s working.

Love the fruit punch flavor! Mixes in well, very flavorful and lasts what seems like forever. Love how affordable it is.
