I purchased a separate wax that was more natural, but this bath machine is really nice! I know there is room for my feet, but I haven’t done that yet. My hands are very very happy!

I have arthritis and my physical therapist had me try a paraffin dip. It’s so soothing for my sore hands, I decided to find a paraffin warmer for home use. I’m pleased with this one! The only down side for me has been that the lid is super lightweight and a bit challenging to hold onto (I’ve dropped it in the melted wax twice). Otherwise, this machine has a number of features I love. You’ll need about 2-3 times the amount that is included with the set. The lavender scent of the included wax is very strong so you may prefer to get unscented. The machine heats up sufficiently to melt a lot of wax in under an hour. Then you adjust the settings to bring the temperature down to what’s comfortable for you. I like mine really hot, about 140-143 degrees, but you’ll need to adjust to your own comfort level (seems most people are using theirs in the 130-132 degree range). You can set the machine to keep your wax at your designated temperature for up to 24 hours, which is a huge time saver for me. That way I can use it multiple times a day for pain relief without having to wait each time for the wax to melt. The machine is a comfortable size for 1 hand at a time, and my size 8.5 wide feet fit in it too. The set included reusable plastic bags, hand mitts, and booties, which have been a really nice bonus because you don’t have to search around for your own plastic bags, towels, socks, and so on to wrap up with after dipping. I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish the lid was a little easier to handle, and because the included wax is way too strongly scented.

The damn thing wouldn't start. We tried everything. My husband was really eagerly waiting for it but the heating element wouldn't come on. We checked everything. We did everything right. But after turning the power on it was supposed to show the temp but that won't show. We were frustrated and disappointed that the company did not test it before sending.

My first box had a broken seal and the seller moved quickly to replace it within 2 days. I quickly set up the new order and was surprised and delighted with the product. I've used it used it to dip my hands and feet and it works as stated. I've just purchased more wax for my next spa day. This is an added treatment that I really enjoyed.

This was to replace a previously owned paraffin wax dip warmer. Unlike my old one, this one allows temperature adjustments. You also can program it to heat up on time for a nail client's appt. I had to purchase additional wax to use in this as it only comes with a small amount. I keep this warmer on 70° and use it twice a day on hands and my feet. I recommend this for keeping your feet and hands soft and supple.

Good quality, always make sure to watch the video before you use it, you do need to buy extra wax so you will have the correct amount in the basin before use, it takes about 6 bags of wax for it to work perfectly. machine only come with 3.

It works sometimes … figuring out the controls is so frustrating . Half the time it won’t turn on. Then I did get it to turn on it got it too hot and then I had to let it cool off. Why can’t it just have an on and off switch with different settings? I would not buy this again, but since I’ve used it, I cannot return it.
