Worth the Cost
I was looking for a inexpensive back-up storage device (Time-Machine) and this 6T by Seagate works just fine for the amount of money it cost!

A complete failure within weeks...
Do Not buy this garbage. I bought this at the end of September for it's PC/Mac compatibility. Managed to transfer for entire hard drive to this saved with a lifetime of files and in weeks it failed. No data recovery software like Wonders hare etc I have had to further sink money into has not been able to recover anything. Stalls out and crashes. STAY FAR AWAY!

Simultaneously compatible with PC and Mac
I bought this as an external drive to shuttle between a PC and Mac. It can preformatted to support both and supports high data transfer speeds. On occasion, however, it has disappeared from my Mac and I have had to reboot it in order to see it again. I'm still trying to figure why that is the case, and would otherwise give it 5 stars.

I am using this for a master backup drive. I've had it for several months without any problems and I am very happy that I got it.

Fantastic Product.
I Downloaded 5 1/2GB with no issues. I’d purchased their product before in the larger version, and this one was much easier to use. It’s significantly smaller, but much better quality and performance.

"Works with USB-C" does NOT mean it has a USB-C port.
Misleading photos. This drive does not have a USB-C connection. The package simply includes a USB-C dongle adapter. :/

Krånglig att sätta upp
Genom att den dels ska fungera för både Mac och Windows tillsammans med ett krångligt lösenordsskydd blev installationen jobbig. Jag ville ha den utan lösenord för en "stationär" Mac vilket kanske är ovanligt. Löste det genom att helt formatera om hårddisken och då försvann "viruset" som deras lösenordsskydd skapade. Nu fungerar den som jag vill ha den.
