BUYER BEWARE If you bought this product in the past , they have completely changed the ingredients and the serving size. This is NOT the same product from a month ago. I've been buying this product for a year and a 1/2. And I loved the product in the past. I was getting close to needing a refill, so I just got online and clicked reorder. And what I get is not the product that I've been getting. And now I'm stuck with a product I will not use, and it tastes terrible, it has ingredients I cant tolerate, and I can't return it. I will never buy this product again. Not only does it look and taste different. The serving size is half the amount , and they've added a bunch of ingredients I cant tolerate. The main reason why I will not buy this product again is because of the stuff that they've added and very IMPORTANTalso they dropped the amount of magnesium per dose from 400 mg to 15 mg, that low amount is worthless. I'm including pictures of the previous bottle I had for April and the new bottle, I wrote new in red ink on the bottle I just got in May. Compare it to the bottle I had in april. So you can see the difference. Not even the same product as before. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE NEW VERSION OF THIS PRODUCT. The dropper with the light colored liquid is the old product compared to the dark and nasty tasting new product.

I start taking 1ml as written. It worked too much for me since I’m 4’11 and 85lbs. I had shoulder aches. It means it’s working well. I started taking 1/4 of 1ml and it’s perfectly working for me. I will build up and try to increase the dosage little by little.

Tate great but maybe sweeter than I wish. But overall taste great but haven’t seen the benefits jet.

The product I didn't know existed and solved a long term issue I was having. I had been having muscle cramping at different places in my body. Some came on when I had a cold, others while sleeping. Yes, I ignored it all because it wasn't constant, until it was. I was having bad leg and feel cramping about 1.5 years into this issue. I started taking supplements which seemed to help but it wasn't addressing a long-term deficiency that I couldn't figure out why I was having the issue. Until I realized that I filter my water to remove everything which removes needed minerals too. Pills were not cutting it fully, but this is liquid form was. Immediately within a few days, the symptoms were gone and now it is a daily routine to insure that I don't become deficient again.
