I started taking this because a friend suggested it for daily fiber. It has helped me become more regular but that’s not even the biggest change I noticed. Last year I began having terrible acne and all of the natural skin products I had been using for years stopped working. I began taking topical acne medication and it didn’t hurt my skin but it also didn’t help at all for months. I started taking this probiotic in the middle of November and my last breakout was in December! I can’t believe this has changed the trajectory of my skin. If I do get a bump here or there, it’s usually gone within 2-3 days, whereas before I’d have the same bumps on my face for weeks. I didn’t even begin drinking this for my skin but now I won’t stop because it’s made the biggest difference. It could be the combo of the acne meds and the probiotics, or it could be this alone but I’m 100% sure that without this I’d still be struggling with awful acne. It also doesn’t hurt that the strawberry lemonade taste is delicious! Please remember that just because something works for someone doesn’t mean it’s going to work for you, just like if it doesn’t work for someone it doesn’t mean it won’t work for you. 5 Stars – Total Game Changer! Okay, I never thought I’d be writing a review about fiber of all things, but here we are. I’ve been using the Belli Welli Strawberry Lemonade fiber powder for a few days now, and WOW. First off, it actually tastes good—like, I actually look forward to drinking it every day. No chalky weirdness, no clumps, just a nice, refreshing drink that’s kinda like a summer treat. The best part? It seriously helps with bloating and digestion. I feel way less sluggish and more comfortable throughout the day. I’ve even noticed my skin looking a little clearer, which I didn’t expect but I’ll take it! I also love that it has probiotics and collagen, so I feel like I’m getting a bunch of benefits in one scoop. Honestly, this stuff has become part of my morning routine and I’m not looking back. Highly recommend if you’re looking to feel better from the inside out!

If I had known that this product is so popular as the result of some social media trend, I would have NEVER purchased it. I have issues with bloating, so someone suggested this. I purchased it 3x’s: unflavored (actually has a nasty flavor and texture) I added it to coffee and it made my coffee taste terrible and gritty. Watermelon tastes the best, it’s tart, but I like tart. Lastly, strawberry-lemonade: how you manage to mess up this flavor combination is beyond me… tastes like the worst artificial lemon, there’s no strawberry flavor. The texture is awful, it does not dissolve well and leaves a lot of disgusting clumps, so I ended up mixing it with my blender. Now the worst part (as if the aforementioned isn’t bad enough) it did not help with my bloating, it made it worst, it did not help with regulating bowl movements and I started having horrible stomach pains, like a burning sensation that I never experienced before until I started taking this supplement. Over time, as I continued to take this “toxic waste” they’re peddling as “healthy”, the pain gradually increased to the point that I was in tears and could not sleep. Nothing helped (pain meds, antacids, peppermint tea… nothing!) I went to the ER, they gave me morphine and that didn’t work, they ended up numbing my stomach. They ran several blood tests, CT Scan, and urine tests but found nothing wrong… after the ER visit, I stopped taking the supplement for a couple of weeks. Today, I haven’t had any stomach problems since my ER visit. So I decided to start back taking the supplement and that awful burning sensation in my stomach returned a few hours later! Prompting me to write this review. Buyer, just please beware! I believe most of these positive reviews are fake because AINT NO WAY!! Nothing about this junk is good. NOTHING!!
