I bought this AC support bracket for my second-floor bedroom window. It feels very sturdy and holds the AC unit securely in place without any wobbling. This is a solid, well-built bracket that does its job well.

This bracket is very sturdy--weights about 10 pounds. Assembly wasn't too bad, though instructions could have been a little more detailed (like telling consumers where the metal ring washers should be placed). Also, the print and graphics were a little on the small side. All hardware was included--and the tools that came with the unit were of a nice quality. Otherwise, it is a good value for the price. Overall, no regrets with this purchase.

Don’t buy this unless you plan on buying your own bolts, nuts and washers, no levels, and the directions are so tiny you need a magnifying glass. Waste of time and money, not worth the cost!

The instructions for set up are difficult to read because of the size & lack of labelling and one of the screws (no extras) is mutilated

No drill on the wall required as described, easy to put together. It's a relief, my AC was solely relaying on the window to stay attach to the frame, it looked quite dangerous every time I need to fixed it with extra tapes considering it's heavy and how much pressure that window was under. This would be the perfect solution to distribute those pressure to the wall/frame.
