Definitely works as described, highly recommended. Think the vit B6 levels is low for a supplement but something to have on your mind taking other Bs not to take to much of it.

Unsure if we are getting any benefits from these! Been on them for 3 weeks now (both myself and my wife) and neither of us can feel any actual changes or benefits. I believe they react in your body within hours but yet to see any benefits. We take one with coffee in the morning and one at night before bed.
