FotoWorks XL (2026) - Photo Editing Software and Picture Editor - Image Editor is very easy to use

I'm just a beginner to photo editing, but having tried the trial edition of 'Fotoworks' which is available online for free I was easily tempted to buy the program which is much easier to pick up quickly and use than many other photo editing programs which I tried at the time. The price is fair and I found it very 'user friendly' and it was simple to use. Most importantly the results are excellent and I'm most impressed with 'Fotoworks XL (2023) and I'd certainly recommend it, and I'd suggest that at the very least you give it a free online trial and I'm sure that you will buy it like I did.

I own a small business, and I edit photos literally every day. I own an older copy of Photoshop, which is great, lots of bells and whistles, but it's a bit of a resource hog, and sometimes is inconvenient to run for simple things like cropping and resizing. This program suits well for these basic tasks. The program was a small download from the company's website, didn't take forever to download. IT was simple to install, and easy to open. The interface is uncluttered and straightfoward; it's not difficult to see the functions available, and nothing is hidden in a weird place, You won't need a semester of schooling to effectively run this program! This is an excellent photo editor for beginners, or those who simply don't want to spend all day poking around with filters and brushes. This program offered basic photo editing features: crop, resize, color filters, effects. One issue I did have with the program was an inability to reposition photos within a mask (so you can't center a photo inside of a border mask easily). I could work around that, but it takes away from the other intuitive features. The other issue I had was in resizing, the interface didn't seem to like me typing in specific values for pixel sie, and so I had to click the buttons and wait for the ticker to get to the size I wanted. Overall, considering the price of most photo editors, this product has an excellent value for beginners and hobbyists. I highly recommend it for people needing a light weight solution. I received the item for free in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.

This is worth every penny. I bought it to substitute for another photo editing programme to use on a new computer I purchased. Easy to install and although I have only limited use of it so far I found it easy to use and versatile, with outstanding results. Compared to others it may cost a lot less ,but you don't get less. indeed it does everything any amateur photographer could want. I heartily recommend it.

Easy to work a very good buy

This is a very simple product with rather limited abilities to modify your photos. What is there works well all the usual paint brushes etc and the menus are easy to navigate but the pre installed "effects" are very limited. Mainly colour and tonal changes which I cannot believe are of great use to most users.

This is one of the VERY best software I have ever had in my 40 years of computing. It is simple and you need to make sure you choose the right language as it starts up in German but for all that I forgive the editors. Terrific value and you will not have to be keeping up with other photo programmes. There is a choice of other programmes which I have not tried by the same firm, but if they are to this high standard you will not be disappointed Best Alastair
