I love this strap, I ended up cutting it into 3 pieces as it was a lot longer then I needed but now I have one for my arms and 2 for my legs to work on my inner thigh flexibility. Great addition to any stretching routine.

I noticed that the Stretch Straps are used over and over by patients without cleaning. I bought my own right away and the low price was worth my piece of mind. The strap is well made and my Therapist said that it was better quality too. I am also able to replicate my exercises at home on my non-therapy days.

A great piece of equipment if used properly. It is versatile and sturdy. Well put together for years of use.

Great for people like who have spine problems and need stretching for muscle cramping or for yoga asanas that need your body to do what it normally doesn't do. It's a canvas type material that has loops. It comes with instructions as to how to use it. You put your foot in a slot and gently pull up or down with your hands. It has many loops so you can stretch to your comfort level. Increase stretch as you become more flexible in whatever area you are stretching. It was delivered quickly and comes with a pouch for traveling etc. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to stretch an area that normally is difficult to reach.

I've been using this item for several years now for exercising. It works for all size people and provides an excellent way to stretch arms and legs. It was recommended by my Physical Therapist when I was recovering from hip surgery and has served me well ever since.

I had a complete knee replacement and while going to physical therapy I used a similar strap for part of my exercise. I decided to purchase one to continue my stretch exercises at home. I found this one all the above and less expensive. Received in two days with Prime and using it every since.

I can't buy the raw materials to make this strap, for even close to the price it's sold for here. If you go to yin yoga classes, this strap will be far better than the usual belt-with-clanky-rings or fiddly-clips that is typically seen. No adjustments necessary, you're striking your pose before the others, without any distraction. Get two, and share with a mate!

I feel compelled to start off by saying that I'm dismayed for the seller that there are 2 negative reviews right off the top stating that the strap isn't stretchy at all. It's not supposed to be stretchy, friends. It's a strap used FOR stretching. That said, the quality of the material is excellent, the loops are double-stitched and sturdy. The loops are easy to slip your wrists through and grasp and not rough on the skin at all, and are made of thick cotton. The end loops are lined with a soft material and are slightly padded. I'm very happy with this purchase and definitely recommend. I've been watching very helpful videos by Bob and Brad on YT on different ways to use a stretching strap for various parts of the body.

These straps are sturdy and easy to use. I bought these to do stretches with and to maintain my flexibility. Here’s the “Catch-22” as some one who suffers with Arthritis when pain comes you don’t want to DO anything but, make the pain stop. That can lead you to becoming stiff, even scared to move your body. But, the MORE you MOVE the more you overcome the stiffness and pain! The key is to finding tools that HELP YOU and for me this is one of them. I am glad that I bought these and use them every other day. These fold up compactly and can be packed into a bag, suitcase Etc. Great Product

Really well made; good fabric and stitching, and the loops are the right size. I do wish the main strap (onto which the loops are sewn) were a bit stretchy. Both end loops are padded, which is a nice touch.

Love the different loops, helps hold my stretching in all different positions. I don't do yoga just bought it to help stretch out.

Quality product that will last a long time. The bag it came with is pretty small but I have another bag that will work. The ‘book’ isn’t a book. It’s a half sheet of paper with 7 exercises on it. I’m pretty easy to please and dont hesitate to give 5s all around but this is why I didn’t.
