Lining ripped first go…

I thought this was great, fits nicely and my child had a little ride (lead rein). Only worn once, due to having other commitments recently. I’ve just got to try it again and notice some of the lining of the saddle has come away… I’m gutted. Not sure how to get hold of the seller on here, as I cannot find that option now. If you could please contact me, that would be great thanks
