I had the tomato and chilli one, and it was a pleasant snack. It was slightly spicy; therefore, individuals who are not fond of hot and spicy foods would find this acceptable. I particularly appreciated how effortlessly the sauce integrated without any residual powder seasoning, as it thoroughly mixed in. Overall, it was an enjoyable snack.

I'm not really the meal in a pot type, but wanted some easy meals for camping getaways this summer and gave it a go. This one seems pretty healthy and was suprisingly tasty. I also discovered they do the job when I can't be bothered to make my lunch for work!

I have never tried a dehydrated pot of pasta before and found these on Amazon after looking for a quick & easy lunch. While I've heard of Pasta Nostra I didn't know what to expect as I have never read any reviews. There was a arribbiata and a carbonara flavour and I opted to be adventurous and try the arribbiata. Ill be honest, the thought of instant pasta didn't excite me, however I was attracted to being able to transport it in my bag and just add water and I love pasta! I was really surprised at how good it tasted. For instant food, it's great! The pasta tastes like good quality, the sauce stuck to the pasta and it tasted great! It had the right level of tomato and spice and was a great, quick, instant filler. Pasta Nostra comes in a recyclable cup made of plastic with a paper lid and a cardboard sleeve encasing it. The side of the cup has their brand in nice big outlined printing that shows the brand clearly and the flavour of the pasta is shown on the side. The spicy pasta is represented by a bright red tones and makes it quite appealing with a relatively simple design. The packaging is practical and well laid out in design. The packaging is attractive, it doesn't look cheap. There was a mild tomato aroma when the cup was opened. This aroma carried through to the rehydrated pasta after adding boiling water. There was a generous amount of soup base powder in the cup and of course pasta. After adding the boiling water, you let it sit for five minutes after closing the lid again. I put a small plate on top to really trap the heat and hydrate the pasta fully. I would then advise you stir really well and I added a cup of fresh parmesan (because I love it) These tiny pots are a great option for a super quick snack or lunch. I have days at work where I don't get time to stop, so being able to boil the kettle and have something quick is ideal! I'm looking forward to trying the carbonara flavour next.

Never tried this brand before but really loved it, it has a nice spicy taste to it will definitely buy again soon 👍
