Just perfection... Simple, fluffy and tasty!
I don't often write reviews but I must give this product a well deserved 5 star commendation. It is the simplest way to make real pancakes without any culinary skills. Just follow the instructions. Whether or not you are gluten intolerant or not, this mix makes perfect pancakes! They don't just look like an ad, but also the flavour and fluffy consistency are perfect! Personally, instead of vanilla I add a pinch of salt. It makes a nice contrast with the maple syrup. I use dark Syrup by the way. I threw all caution to the wind and had a stack of 4 small sized cakes with lashings of maple syrup running over the glossy butter... Well worth every calorie!

Gluten free, ready mixed pancakes! They stay together nicely when you cook them unlike some other gluten-free products . They taste fantastic and you can make fat American pancakes or French style crèpes. All you need is some milk and eggs ... I take it minimal camping, and in extremis I can use egg replacement powder and (cow, goat, oat ...) milk powder, so I can have brilliant, nourishing pancakes every day without needing a fridge to keep it fresh.

Love this pancake/waffle mix! This is gluten free and my wife has a gluten sensitivity. I use this to make waffles quite frequently. I can't tell this is gluten free, unlike some brands of gluten free mixes. Highly recommended.

This is the best pancake mix I’ve ever tried—and I’m not even gluten-free! The pancakes come out so fluffy and moist with a perfect crisp on the outside. It honestly exceeded my expectations and tastes just like homemade, if not better.

Makes great pancakes and waffles. Hot tip, swap coconut milk for cow milk to get even yummier waffles with a crisp outside and chewy center.
