I workout daily, and added these to my routine. I like that they are sugar free. The size of the gummies is small and manageable. They are Very sweet…a little too sweet for my liking. I prefer taking the gummies over powdered EAA’s.

Hmmm 🤔 nothing notable
Went through 4 a day for 2 full months. 2 in am, 2 in pm. I Train Jiu Jitsu so recovery is important. These really were not notable. I felt no better recovery, no diff energy, just nothing. Taste great and easy to take just didn’t seem to do anything for me

I LOVE these gummies. They taste just like the blue Scooby Doo fruit snacks... if you know you know. Sometimes I take two in the morning before work and two after work just to maintain energy.
