Update : Two weeks from original review; IT WORKS!!!! Helluva pump and strength when it kicks in. Zero effect…taken this three times now before the gym and had no effect on anything. Didn’t feel stronger more pumped, nothing…can’t return either so big ole waste of money 😣

First off, this probably is creatine with a different name, BUT It doesn't matter. This is a must if your hitting the gym hard. It helps with growth and strength. I gotta give this a solid 4.7 out of 5. I said what I said!

These pills work well and do not give jitters like other kre-alk brands. No bloating and good strength gains. recommended product.

This creatine supplement arrived in a double sealed container. There was an excessive amount of cotton in the bottle which I assume was to keep the capsules from moving but also left only half of the container filled. The capsules are on the large side and the suggested serving size is 2 capsules which provides 30 servings per container. The supplement provides 2400mg of creatine and 150mg of black tea, green tea, white tea and alkaloids. I liked that there aren't a lot of extra ingredients in the supplement but it's not as clean as a strictly creatine only supplement. The supplement is listed as a pre-workout but studies show that creatine is more effective when taken post workout. Overall this is a decent creatine supplement. I would prefer to see smaller capsules and a container that was more than 1/2 full though.
