Seems to be very pure
I really like the ability to buy Ultra Pure sodium chloride for my scientific stuff. I use this for making hypochlorous acid without contamination and I use deionized water and pure sodium chloride only. And then we use a tiny bit of white vinegar to stabilize the solution in the right PH range from 4.5 to 6.5 is it good area I shoot for 5.4 pH. Also if you just want salt for gargling and swishing I like this too.

Sodium chloride
It was not granulated. I had to get a knife and break it up. Must be old.

Clumps Badly
I started making my own electrolyte powder and have been using either Redmonds Real Salt or Pink Himalayan salt from Costco. They work, but the crystals seem to be a bit corse. Also, they don’t seem to dissolve completely in water. The sodium chloride is a finer grind and seems to dissolve better. My only issue is that it clumps really badly. I understand that it’s normal for real salt to clump, but this stuff gets rock hard. Very difficult to break down, but once mixed with the magnesium and potassium it’s fine.
