This is a LARGE bottle of ginger. But, we use a LOT of ginger in meals in our home so it is GREAT! I store it in the refrigerator once it is opened and it lasts for several months. The flavor is great in all my stir fries and other Asian dishes. I love the way this ginger makes my food taste. It is MUCH better than using dried ginger any time. It is also very easy to use. Since it is a squeeze bottle, it is very easy to use. I, personally, do not measure, just squeeze a few times and I've got enough ginger for my dish! Perfect every time! I highly recommend this ginger! In fact, I just ordered another bottle for myself today! (This is my HONEST opinion. I was not paid nor compensated in any way for this review!)

Great taste and good price for the size. I will buy again.

The only problem is I wish this was a much bigger jar. I use a lot of ginger in my cooking (make a couple pots of lentils every week and they all have a base of onion-garlic-ginger-cumin). I go through this way too fast. But I also hate peeling and dicing ginger and am grateful to find jarred ginger, because our local stores have stopped carrying it.

Love having this in my fridge

The aroma was of fresh ginger. Used this to make our whipped garlic-ginger potatoes. Great flavor. We use this when the recipe calls for using ginger. Recommended this to other friends.
