Arch support not adequate
It is an average product. There should have been more arch support. Cushion is ok.I think most people would buy it for a comfortable arch support which it does not provide. I bought 11UK size and it fits good.

Good Product. I am using it for my Vector Cricketing rubber studds shoes. It helps fixing my foot in the shoes perfectly and absorb the force while running.

Decent for the price, do NOT expect pain relief. Not thr purpose of.these insoles.
Its soft, if you need genuine arch support, you'll need to buy one with multiple materials with differing hardness and stiffness areas to help support any orthotic needs. With that said thats not how these were marketed. Thyre definitely plush but id ONLY use these as an insert for hard insoled shoes to make it a bit more comfy. It nit really going to provide much if any pain relief ao 4/5
