It’s working for me to reduce brain fog!!
This has been a huge help to my brain fog! I’ve recently started a new job and was worried that my menopausal brain fog was going to cause me troubles while trying to learn a new electronic system. I was really surprised when it seemed to help with 2 weeks!!! I seem to be able to focus more and retain what I’m learning. Not as good as when I was 30 but at almost 60 I am thrilled with the clarity I have now! I’m on subscribe and save!

Saw results soon than I expected.
I didn’t expect to see much of a change so soon. I have noticed a significant increase in my ability to stay focused since taking it. It also has made a difference in my quality of sleep. The price is more reasonable here than at other retail stores. Would definitely recommend it.

Ashwaganda is Good
I use another product with ashwaganda and it does help me. This is fine, does help, but pretty pricy. I like tea and the other supplement I use better. Will probably not purchase this again honestly. I would say this is a good product to try if you are new to this type of supplement so I would recommend it, just not going to repurchase for myself at this point.

Didn't work for me
I used this whole line of menopause support products for two months and didn't experience any improvement in my symptoms. If I'd seen any improvement, I might've kept on, but it's too spendy for iffy results.
