June Gold 2.0 mm Sharpener for Graphite or Color Leads (2 Pack)

Best sharpener I’ve tried yet for 2mm! Works super fast with no effort. For $5 I feel like I could have gotten more than 2 of them especially since the blades are non replaceable. Important to note, it works way better than that 2mm barrel sharpener that you have to spin. The reason I even got this is because the cap on the barrel sharpener became misaligned making it impossible to sharpen my lead without snapping after using it for a month. This one doesn’t leave the tip covered in dust after sharpening and is easier and faster! Also has a cap that seals the hold so dust doesn’t fall out when carrying around unlike the barrel sharpener. Only concern is that you could easily make a mess open it to dump out the dust, be careful. I’ve only ever used the HB leads with this.

I used to buy these other small lead pointers for 2.0 sized mechanical pencil leads, and they were fine. They were small, and I lost them, so I bought them by the dozen. But, I lose a lot of things, so this is on me. Here is what I like about these lead pointers. I draw with the pencils, which means I need a sharp lead. These produce a needle-sharp point, which is very cool. Further, unlike my previous sharpeners, they catch the graphite shavings, which is also a plus, for two reasons: (1) less mess (2) that collection of graphite powder can be useful in a drawing. I mean, you actually pay for a jar of powdered graphite from an art supplier. So, yeah, I recommend these little sharpeners for anyone who wants a sharp point on a 2.0 lead and a nead collection of the resulting dust.

This is the perfect and the correct size 2.0 mm lead sharpener. Very easy to use and so clean. In fact it is not a set of two sharpeners but of four. You have two sharpeners in each unit.

Sharpens like crazy! In just 2 spins my pencil was sharper than ever. Be careful when trying to close it with one hand, as it will pop out and all the shavings will come out :/

I love using 2.0 mechanical pencils for writing notes and these little sharpeners are a must have to keep the most perfect point at the end of the lead. They are specifically designed for 2.0 mechanical pencils so dont get them confused thinking they will sharpen a standard wooden pencil. If you're an artist, a draftsman, or simply enjoy writing with mechanical pencils these little sharpeners are awesome for making sure your lead has just the right point.

These keep my 2.00 mm coloring pencils sharp

For function, by which I mean a good point on the lead and containing the shavings, this is a solid 4-star product. They're big enough to handle easily, small enough to make barely a dent in your kit. However, you can't replace the blades, which means that when they eventually get dull, you'll have to throw the entire thing into the pile of plastic waste that's decimating our planet. I'm on the fence: four stars for function, or two stars for Yet More Trash? I settled on three stars as a compromise.

2mm clutch pencil lead pointer. Works very well with all clutch pencils, contains shavings well. Compact and easy to fit into a small pencil case or pocket.

Very expensive but serves it's purpose. Delivery takes time. Then no option to buy single piece. It works as expected for mechanical pencil lids.
