My 82 yr old husband has terrible aching hands and painful joints. I should say had because within 24 hrs of wearing the bracelet he noticed a big difference and was even able to close fingers. The design and style of the bracelet shows thought, easy to put on and take off, adjustable and a very pleasing design make it more of a piece of jewellery. Have just bought another for his other hand. Highly recommended
