Extremely effective , well worth a try. Only problem is that they are expensive, and the price appears to be on the rise ,I was about to purchase a bottle of their Strong capsules but as they are almost thirty pounds the frequency of re ordering would prove off-putting. As the dose is three capsules the bottle will only last one month , because of this I take one capsule per day , still does the trick and lasts for three months.!!!

Loads of good stuff that's good for you in these capsules - lots of vitamins and garlic which are definitely good to you. No idea about grapefruit though. Capsules are good quality and easy to take. I did not find any broken ones or loose powder in the bottle (happens way too often with poorly made ones). I'm dinging a star for two reasons - they are quite dear - the serving size is THREE capsules per day - so you get 40 days worth, over 50p per day. Secondly, they borderline claim but weasel-word out of saying this can help your blood pressure. There is no evidence for this and high blood pressure is something serious you need to see a doctor about, not take a supplement. I don't see or think there is any harm in taking these, I have no blood pressure problems but garlic and potassium are good for and I'm happy with that - I'll look at the grapefruit extract as a bonus. I'll also be taking just one a day as I have a lot of herbal supplements and don't want to over do it.

Clav is a german brand that belongs to the European association for dietary supplements. They have also achieved pharmacy approval for their supplements. This gives me peace of mind in what I'm taking. The first ingredient is grape seed extract, which is exactly what I check for. It's top of the ingredient list, not way down the list. The supplements themselves are great, I've just had a blood test and everything was perfect. I started taking these in August, so I'm very happy with the efficacy. The dosage is recommended at 3 per day, but I was taking 2 per day, which worked well for me and made this jar last two months. I also really like the ingredients as I take them separately, but here they are combined in one supplement. Plus with potassium, which I don't get enough of from my diet. Great supplement that is easy to take and ingest with no side effects.
