What is the different with hardware active balancer and smart active balancer?

The smart active balancers have communication capabilities(Bluetooth & UART & RS485), but hardware active balancers do not.

Why does it don't work?

Please check if the wiring is correct first, then check the battery pack meets the balance ON conditions.

How effective is the balance?

Balance hour(H) = Battery Capacity (AH) / Balance Current (A) ; For example, 20AH battery pack takes 20 hours with 1A balancing current.

Ce BMS est de bonne qualité de fabrication et fonctionne bien. Aucun soucis particulier et convient très bien effectivement pour une batterie LiFePo4 de 4 cellules 👍

Funktioniert einwandfrei

Eingebaut in 12V 280Ah Lifepo4 Batterie. Daly 150A BMS aufgebaut. Anschlussdrähte sind einzeln beschriftet. Gebrauchsanleitung sehr kurz gefasst aber für Einbau ausreichend. Leider keine Funktionserklärung. Gerät macht ordentlichen Eindruck. Zellendrift vor Anschluss 0,120 Volt. Nach 24h Zellendrift nur noch 0,004 Volt. Bereits zwei Monate in Gebrauch. Sehr guter Zellenausgleich. Gemessener Ausgleichsstrom von 2,6A. Taktet die Ausgleichsströme bis optimaler Ausgleich erreicht. Perfekt.
