Works on my 1st gen Tundra
I wasn't sure if this would interfere with the tailgate on my 2002 Tundra. It isn't clear on the pictures, but it comes down over the license plate by an inch or so, rather than sticking up at all. You could adjust it slightly by bending the metal, but it worked fine for me out of the box.

The other camera holder we ordered obscured part of the license plate but this one does not & the tailgate lets down all the way.

Fits - almost
I needed something to hold a rear camera on a 2017 mustang. The license plate sits very close to both the plastic bumper and the trunk release. This almost had enough adjustment to let everything work together. As it was, I had to hog out the bracket a little to get it to mostly clear the trunk release. Works, just a little inconvenient in the placement. Not really the fault of the bracket, was just hoping it would have a little more "wiggle" room.
