Works great so far after sealing 1000 cups but installation instruction is not very clear

Doesn't seal property
See a bove picture. There is a gap where it's not sealing properly.

Works fine. Bad reviews probably don't know what they're doing.
I was a little hesitant to order it because of the bad reviews. Luckily, I gave it a shot. It works great! The seals survive a 6FT Drop test. The only thing that burst is the cup itself! Just remember that the machine CANNOT seal PET or PETE Cups. I have tried it and it is probably what those bad reviews are talking about. PET or PETE cups will melt or would be too hard and will not seal properly. Most cups now are made with PETE or PET materials so check your cups! Then I went to the local chef store and bought PP material cups. The machine seals perfectly. This is now a keeper. I am a little worried that some review says the machine will began to have sensor problems. But only time will tell.
