I absolutely love love love this Lenovo yoga book! I love the dual screens and how it’s so easy to use. Battery doesn’t last very long but it’s a good trade off with the functionality of the equipment.

I purchased this laptop expecting reliable performance, but unfortunately, it has a major issue with battery charging. Despite following all troubleshooting steps and even trying different chargers, the battery either charges inconsistently or not at all. when I reached out for support, the response was slow and unhelpful. Seller refused to issue a full refund, even though this is clearly a defect. Instead, they offered only a partial refund, which is unacceptable for a faulty product. Additionally, I also purchased a screen protector and applied it to the laptop. Now, because of this defective device, I am at a loss for the screen protector as well, which adds to my frustration. I would not recommend this laptop to anyone looking for reliability. A defective battery is a serious issue, and the poor customer service only adds to the frustration. Buyers beware

I LOVE this laptop! I purchased it direct from Lenovo for business on sale with a first time discount. Phenomenal! I'm replacing an older MSI Huge desktop which has an over powered I-7, 64GB ram and 2 1080's in SLI. Yes, older but it still rips. The Yoga Book 9I is amazing a work productivity, or working/ playing at the same time. I can be in a webinar on one full 3k screen and taking notes on the other 3k screen which are both beautiful and vibrant. Or watching a movie/ video and working on the other. I've found the battery life and overall performance to be exceptional. Videos are smooth and beautiful without lag or blurriness. Wow! I was concerned at first without a dedicated video card, but not a problem. My business associate is now using it as the main computer now and she keeps a zillion internet tabs open, emails galore open, videos open, etc. It has only complained one time (required a restart) then everything is fine again. The Yoga Book 9I comes with everything you need out of the box, dual 3k touchscreen laptop, charger, innovative foldable stand, wireless & magnetic keyboard and a wireless mouse too. Bam! It gets attention anywhere I take it. You'll make every Mac user jealous at your coffee shop. Believe the hype. It's very functional and very, very cool.

I’m not sure why the ratings are so low, this is an excellent device. I haven’t experienced any issues. It’s innovative and it increases my productivity and efficiency at work. Don’t let the negative reviews deter you from enjoying the benefits of a dual screen laptop.
