Not enough ice bags
They r good. But they only give imu one ice pocket. For sandwiches they r too snug

This product does not keep your food hot. I brought it a couple of weeks ago for my child's lunch because Summer Camp does not warm up their food. The Teacher let me know that the hot/cold bag did not keep her food warm at all.

Ice pack too big relative to bag, and why only one?
The bags seem fine for keeping things cold. But when you put the ice pack in a bag, there's practically no room left for anything else! The ice packs are half the width of the inside of the bag, and more than half the height! And they're thick so it's not like you can put a sandwich on top of them. Once you've put the ice pack in the bag, there's room around the edges for a few candies basically, that's it. Also, this includes 5 bags but only 1 ice pack! I realize that's what's in the photo, but I just assumed that was illustrative that it includes ice packs. Why the heck would anyone want 5 bags but only 1 ice pack? Why wouldn't they include the same number of ice packs as bags?! The ice pack bag is different from pictured (mine is white with a drawing of a penguin). It's also kind of confusing. It has a weird invisible one-way valve so water can go in but not out -- I have no idea how because it's hidden. Which is fine -- it apparently includes a dry gel mixture so the water turns into ice gel -- but the problem is that when you fill it from the faucet, faucet water is mixed with air (aerated), so lots of air gets into the ice pack too. And the valve doesn't let air out either. So you're stuck with an ice pack that's only 2/3 water and 1/3 air. All around, would not purchase again. I wanted this to keep things like snacks and sandwiches cool in my backpack on the beach, but there's barely any space left in the bag after you add the ice pack, *plus* even more space is wasted by the huge air bubble in the ice pack.
