Classic Accessories Ravenna Water-Resistant 88 Inch Rectangular/Oval Patio Table & Chair Set Cover, Medium, Taupe, Brown, Outdoor Table Cover

We have covered all of our outdoor furniture with Ravenna. We have sofa and two large chairs under a pergola with a solid roof in Southern California. After two years, the set looks new with virtually no fading. The covers seem very water resistant but during the winter with hard rains, we throw a tarp over all the furniture just to be sure everything stays dry as we keep our cushions in place. And the solid pergola roof helps a lot too. We just purchased the large table-and-chairs cover for our handmade, spectacular outdoor dining table. During the heat of the summer in Southern California, we keep a simple $12 white drop cloth over table and chair cushions since there is very little chance of rain here. Looks like a table cloth but the dropcloth offers more basic protection from the harsh sun. For the winter, we are planning to keep the cheap fabric dropcloth under this new Ravenna cover we have purchased. The $12 dropcloth is an inexpensive buffer between the table and the underside of the Ravenna just in case the melting issues materialize. During the deepest winter rains we are planning to also throw a tarp over as well just to insure complete dryness. The Revenna line looks beautiful at normal times. So, I would recommend this cover and the complete set with these added protections. UPDATE 4/2023: We bought the cover in July 2020 for our table and it was good until now. Unfortunately, it ripped recently so we must get a new cover for the table. Disappointed! I'm stunned that it ripped as we often cover the cover with a tarp.

Bought my first one in December 2017. I lasted 9 brutal winters (Midwest US) before finally succumbing to the abuse. Not too shabby for $69! Of course, now the same cover is $110, but frankly I can’t think of a better cover to go with. Will be ordering a replacement for this fall.

No more hauling the patio furniture to the garage! This cover is awesome and we have been using it for the past couple of winters. Protects the furniture and is big enough to cover the legs and seats on the chairs. We have a long table and 6 chairs, umbrella and some outdoor décor that we fit under this cover. One thing to remember, animals love to climb under these covers and like to make a "winter home" under the covers. I found a cat that had climbed under the legs of the chair, jumped up into the chair and was calling this his home! I chased him off a couple of times and now have the cover removed for spring time. ---Pros--- -Fits a long table, umbrella (laying down on the table) and 6 chairs! -Great quality -Easy to store in the summer months, folds up ---Cons--- -Faded a little bit, but seems to be holding up pretty well Overall, great cover that will last for years! I love the strong material and the way that this cover is designed. If you want to protect your outdoor furniture during the winter months, buy this cover! When you uncover your furniture in the summer, you will understand why this gets a 5 star rating! Great Job!

The product is really not that bad. Quality of the material was good, and water beads well so the water proofing is probably good. I had no idea how it could have melted to furniture like some said...this is kind of a canvas material, and I don't see it melting (the Texas heat is serious, but not to make canvas melt). The issue I have physics, specifically gravity. It isn't going to be perfectly flat in the top like the picture because we don't live in space. That said, it would be cool if there was reinforced material in the center so a pole can be put in the middle of the patio table and prevent pooling in the middle. I might try this with a PVC pipe, but I worry it might eventually poke through. Maybe I'll glue a sponge or some amazon packing material to the end of the PVC to help out. Generally good cover though. I'd buy it again if it rots out in 5 years. ***Product Update*** It only lasted one year; here's why. With my set "Hampton Bay Crestridge 7-Piece Steel Outdoor Patio Dining Set," the chairs are taller than the table, so this cover always sags in the middle. That meant that, when it rained, the water would collect in the middle. All that water has weight, which eventually caused the corners to tear because the tops of the chairs poked through. I tried that guerrilla tape, and even that flex-seal tape, but none of that worked for long. I found this great pole on amazon that was designed for boats: iCOVER Adjustable Boat Cover Support Pole- Premium Aluminum. It's aluminium, and it fit right in the "umbrella hole" of the patio table. I did buy another one of these, and I'm using the new one with this pole. So far, everything is working well. I think that even this new cover will eventually be ruined, but I feel like that's just a matter of time with all the heat. Hopefully, with this setup, I will get at least 3 years out of it.

We have a couple different covers for furniture on our patio, which is 100% exposed to the elements. We just completed construction of a hand-built farm table and bench, and we bought this to cover it. I am extremely pleased with this cover! It is waterproof, very sturdy, and it even looks nice to boot. I wish I had purchased this brand of covers for the rest of my patio furniture, as my other covers can't compare to this one. It might cost a little bit more, but trust me, it is worth it! 2017 UPDATE. This cover lasted a very long time through two blizzards and extremely hot summers and is still in great condition on the outside. Sadly, however, we had to stop using it because the plastic backing on the inside of it actually melted to the surface of the wooden table it was covering, causing the protective satin stain on the table to rip off when we removed the cover. Our table top now needs to be sanded and restained. I'm not sure there is anything the manufacturer could do about this, after all the reason it works so well is because of the thick plastic underneath (it seems, anyway). However, if you are using it to cover wooden furniture in continued exposed, hot sunlight (we live in central PA), you might want to take precautions to protect the wooden surface underneath.

I purchased Ravenna's Oval/Rectangle Patio Table and Chair Cover (medium) and Stackable Chair Cover to protect my wood deck furniture. This combination works perfectly for my two square tables and eight chairs. With the squares pushed together, the medium rectangle covers the two tables and five of the chairs. The stackable chair cover easily takes care of the other three chairs - could probably cover four. My chair backs are taller than my tables, so a large cardboard box on the table (under the cover) prevents water from collecting in the middle of the cover. These Ravenna covers are heavy and look/feel as if they will be very durable. There are drawstrings to tighten the fit, but frankly, the covers are so heavy, I couldn't pull the strings very tight. They also have fasteners to go around the legs of your furniture to keep the covers in place. The taupe color is a welcome and attractive change from the more commonly seen black and dark green covers (especially since my house is almost the same color).

Superb quality at a half price of junk you'd buy from Fortunoff. Nor does Fortunoff stand by the junk it sells as the prior cover purchased there cracked and essentially "disintegrated" once the temperature dropped below 32 degrees. This cover, on the other hand, looks like a very solid, heavy duty material that will outlast me. Very satisfied and I wish I had stumbled upon this manufacturer much earlier. ***The only design issue I see, having owned it for 2 months, is that I wish there were holes in the cover as the water has nowhere to run off and thus gathers in a puddle right in the middle of the table; the backs of the chairs are higher than the table, and thus the water is just trapped on top of the table. I am thinking I should cut out an opening right in the middle of the cover to let the water run off.

I've purchased many of these ravenna products and have a love/hate relationship with them. I live in western New York and keep my furniture covered with these products out from May to October. The love: they work well. Clip onto your furniture so they stay on in wind, keeps it dry. Great company to deal with for warranty. The hate: EVERY cover I've had has ripped or the straps to hold them down has deteriorated in 2 years. So I buy and figure in 2 years, I order a replacement through the warranty and then get another 2 years out of them. My table cover just ripped and it was the replacement from 2 years ago. I'm not sure if there are any covers that are better and it's a hassle to send in a claim but at this point I keep buying them and doing the warranty dance. Funny thing. These are the better quality covers. The original warranty was 3 years, now it's 2. UPDATE: 9I ordered a table cover in April 2023, had it on for the summer of 23, and 24, and I go put it out in May 25....shredded. of course, past the warranty. And these are stored IN THE GARAGE during the winter. I switched to another brand. I give up with this company.

Our powder coated cast aluminum patio set got sun faded over time and through the winter (covered in snow), we decided to get our furniture refinished and wanted to protect it. This cover is of an excellent quality - thick and water proof. It poured shortly after putting it over our furniture - a large heavy pool of water formed on top - it was not leaking through. I loved that it had straps designed to fit under the legs of either chairs or the table legs to ensure the cover could not blow away in a wind storm. I don't see any downside to this product - it isn't the cheapest product available but now I know why - it's a quality product designed to last and to protect what it covers. Ideal!

This garden furniture is sturdy and large enough to cover most garden furnitures.

I bought a different cover because it was cheaper and man, did I regret it. The slightest wind or rain would blow that thing all over the place even though i had clipped it to the legs of my chairs. Every day I’d have to go out on my deck and reposition. I finally gave up and bought this one. I had already bought chair and couch covers from this brand and they were holding up fantastically. This was no different. It hasn’t budged since I’ve put it on. It’s well-made and sturdy; you can tell by all the little details that this was thought through, not like the flat sheath I previously purchased. 10/10 I’d recommend covering all your outdoor furniture in this brand. NOTE: I don’t know why, but I thought the material was black when I bought the other covers. Maybe my phone lighting was on low, but this is not black!! It’s like a dark beige-brown. But it’s still nice.
