Tearing can be the most uncomfortable thing when it comes to childbirth. This product gradually stretches you out over time resulting in a tear free delivery. This product has everything you need!! It comes with a mirror making the product perfect for beginners. It has a silicone shell meaning it is super hygienic which is a MUST with any product for that area. The box it comes is perfect for storing the product in. The length is perfect for reaching over your bump to get the perfect angle. What more can I say?? It is everything you need and more to help prevent having to sit through a couple of hours of stitches when all you want to do is hold your little one. I could not recommend this anymore. 100% worth the purchase.

Questo massaggiatore è facile da usare e il materiale è morbido e sicuro. L’impugnatura ergonomica aiuta a maneggiarlo senza difficoltà. Con l’uso costante non ho avuto fastidi e mi ha aiutata a sentirmi più preparata al parto. Le istruzioni sono chiare e rassicuranti. Buon prodotto per chi vuole prendersi cura del perineo in gravidanza.

I think this worked as I only spent 10 minutes pushing for first baby and only had 2x small tears. I’m a very petite girl, size uk 4, 5”3 tall and my family has a history of long labours and pushing for very long or having episiotomies. I’m also mid 30s so skin isn’t exactly very elastic or fit. I think it even helped with my pelvic floor as after birth things tightened back up quite quickly. I started this 2 months before my due date and did it at least 3x a week for 10mins before bed with almond oil. It takes a while getting use to it but I defo felt the body was getting accustomed to the stretching. I recommend because if your concerned about crowning/birthing it definitely is worth trying out plus it mentally prepares you too
