Would this fit a ford fiesta mk6?

If I’m right in thinking reverse on a fiesta mk6 is done by lifting a release under the stick and then putting this into reverse. If this is the case then no this would not fit as this would only fit across and down or across and up gears I hope this helps

It should do, just screw on to the existing gear lever but it depends if the mechanism for the reverse is inside the gear knob.

Does this have the cut out at the bottom for the corsa c reverse lever to pull up into ?

Yes it does, but I've had to shave away a lot of the plastic for the reverse lever so it didn't pinch when lifted. Grease helped too.
