The computer is not working properly, take it back, it hangs a lot, there are a lot of problems in using it, please fix it or take it back, the screen is not coming on

The support seems good enough and reachable. Also it being refurbished it’s covered with a 6 months warranty. I’ve only had them for a week now so will only comment on service and warranty down the line. The product is in pristine condition, minimal scratches and most importantly the system is plug and play and ready to use. They are decently specked for an office. Sheer easy to use and really everything you need is provided. The real USP id say was that they all come with OG office and windows so no fuss and all are equipped with a wifi dongle.

The products came nicely packed and in good condition. The system is easy to setup. Would recommend.

The performance of the PC is that great which a 3rd generation intel i5 PC should deliver. The system is slow. Wifi gets disconnected. The monitor is of acer and not of Dell. The CPU is of Dell. The keyboard and the webcam aren't functional.
