Great Insoles for Use in Shoes That Are Too Big
I used these insoles in some walking boots that were half a size too big in order to make them fit my feet better and provide some cushioning. The boots I used them in were a wide-fit UK 6.5 and they fit inside the shoe perfectly (I did not need to cut them down at all before using them!) They are really sturdy, cushioned but firm, and have provided great support across 13/14 hour days on my feet. These have been perfect for what I needed - but because of the above I would be wary of purchasing these to use in shoes that already 'fit' you. They are thick and I can confirm from experience that they add a lot of bulk (at least half a shoe size) to your feet!

Very thick but good quality
They are very thick in the shoe. I bought to help with a pair of loafers that were slightly too big for me but these insoles are so large / thick that I have the opposite problem. Have used on another pair and are ok. Also challenging to get into the shoe bit means they are sturdy in there!

Not shaped like any of my shoes, but still comfortable
They are definitely soft and comfortable, but the fitting is terrible! I pulled the insoles from my intended pair of size 9.5 shoes and was unable to find a way to match them to the scholl when placing them over the top...around the arch the scholl aren't narrow enough, but around the ball of the foot the scholl isn't wide enough. I was able to improvise and get a fit that I think is working ok...will see how they feel after a few wears. I did compare them to some of my other shoes before cutting them down, and had the same result.

Heel pain relief
I suffer with heel problems due to safety boots and diabetic these are brilliant take away heel pain as soon as fitted in shoes so bought second set .

Don't buy
Absolutely awful insoles. You have to cut them yourself and even then they are not a good fit. The whole thing is just way too wide. By the time you have finished they look like a bad arts and crafts job. Then when you put your foot in the shoes the insoles are so thick they push your foot uncomfortably to the top of the shoe. I have balance problems and like to look after my feet and the whole thing threw me off and affected my walking. So much hassle for little quality. Straight it the bin.
