As a complete novice to embroidery, I was intimidated by the craft until I discovered this product. This set is an absolute game-changer! I enjoyed creating this piece for my granddaughter. It was fairly simple & came out beautifully. The piece is charming & seems timeless. There was enough thread to complete the piece, which I'm never super confident about. (oftentimes, I'll purchase two of the same kit rather than running out & trying to find & match thread) Also of note, I'm pretty much a beginner & have not been doing this for very long.

The kit was lovely, and it's easy to make it even better. I completed one of the 3, but changed the colors to match the bride's flowers. I also changed the hair color to match the bride and groom. I used wool fabric to make the groom's suit. And I bought an ivory silk pocket square to make the bride's dress. I didn't think the folded piece of lace would look good. I used the veil material and pearl beads that came with the kit. But what I really wanted was the printed background fabric. The blue printing rubbed off fairly easily, so the reference image was important. I was able to blot the remaining blue lines off when I was done. I bought an arched frame for the finished product, but I'm sure it would have been well received if I kept it simple and used the hoop for the finished product. After the picture below, I added their names and the wedding date, too. The bride and her mother thought it was the most thoughtful gift. Using the wedding colors made a huge difference in how it was received and didn't cost much.

I bought these for a ladies' crafting session. The colors are good. Although the projects won't be completed in one sitting, they're not so large as to be overwhelming. Good quality kits, include most of needed items... because I gave each lady one project, I had to supplement hoops, needles & snips. Good value. I've begun working CXC009. There are no needles (not a problem for me) and the instructions and stamped pattern do not match. (It's very hard to tell from these pictures!) I'm thankful that one of my beginner friends didn't choose this kit!

Nice and easy to start

Here’s a polished, clear rewrite suitable for a review: Very cute design, but I had some issues. As a beginner in embroidery, I found the instructions for NO.CXX010 to be vague, and the photo provided with the directions was blurry. Additionally, the plastic tube meant to hold the needles arrived broken.

This package has all the things you need to try out a new hobby. I actually bought it thinking it was threads for actual cross stretching, but it turns out these are ribbons that you can stitch onto the circle of fabric and I am surprised but still very pleased with what I bought would recommend recommended to everyone for trying out. I have finished the first one out of the three.

This was our first time embroidering and it was great. It was easy to pick up, the instructions were fairly clear if you read over them and there was more than enough string. Great activity for a good price.

This cross-stitching set is fantastic! I love that the set has the stitch pattern stamped AND a stitch pattern written in a booklet for those who want to manually count. I find the written booklet it good for double checking my stitches. I have seen a few negative comments about this not being for beginners. I will say, the kit doesn't come with instructions on how to get started with cross stitching (ie threading the needle, starting/finishing the stitch, etc) but, I watched a couple short youtube videos and I was ready to go! This is my first experience with cross-stitching so I don't have anything to compare it to, but I am very happy with this product and will likely purchase more from the company. Also be aware that this is quite the project. It's definitely not something you can finish in a week, but seeing the project come together is really fun.

I like this product because it is so easy to do and also it does not have to many colors.
